BSc Hons, PGCE MSc Educational Psychology, Dip Play Therapy
I have 18 years experience working as an educational psychologist within local authorities and the independent sector and have been an associate in Ruth Birnbaum’s practice since 2015. I have substantial experience working with children and young people from pre-school to sixteen years old, carrying out assessments to explore learning, behaviour, language and communication, social and emotional needs and providing advice for families and schools. I also provide Play Therapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

Prior to qualifying as an educational psychologist, I was a class teacher in a mainstream primary school and also a Special Educational Needs Coordinator (SENco). My particular areas of interest and expertise are working with children with Autism Spectrum Conditions and Social, Emotional and Behavioural difficulties.
